We recommend to check the software updates regularly. If you are not sure you have the new software. Please contact us or use the wizard to check the software upgrade version.

BbTalkin software is easy to download and upgrade.

Always make sure you use the right software for the right device. Trying to update wrong software update to a BB Talkin intercom device will cause the device to stop working.
